  Separated each app into it's own html file that is added to index.html when opened, and removed when closed.
  The Todo and Change Log texts are now stored in their own html file to help avoid a 100,000,000,000 line index.html file.
  Made the scale icon on the bottom-right of windows disappear when the window is out of focus, and when it is maximized.
  Each window now stores which windows should be in-front and behind it.
  Fixed the issue where iframes are not interactive.
